Supreme Court shoots down Texas lawsuit, but it isn’t over yet

Supreme Court shoots down Texas lawsuit, but it isn’t over yet
This decision has dramatic implications for the presidential election, but unless President Trump concedes, there are still plenty of options available.

The Supreme Court moved today to dismiss a case brought forth by the state of Texas to delay selection of electors in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia. This is a blow to the Trump campaign’s hopes of correcting the election results that were fabricated by widespread voter fraud.

According to the Supreme Court, they denied the request over lack of standing. As The Right Scoop noted:

The Supreme Court has DENIED Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit, which was signed onto by multiple states and supported by over 100 member of congress. There was a dissent from Alito and Thomas, but it seems to have been based on matters of jurisdiction and not the merits of the lawsuit.

Notably, the three justices appointed by Trump did NOT dissent from rejecting the case.

While this is a huge “downer” for many Trump supporters, the fight is far from over. As JD noted in the last episode of NOQ Report, the best scenario is that this case bought other lawsuits more time to get in front of the Supreme Court without having to worry about the December 14 deadline for selecting electors. Now, they have to rush, which they’ve been doing already, but that doesn’t mean the fat lady has sung.

The case before the Wisconsin Supreme Court tomorrow has real legs. Lin Wood has his case docketed. Sidney Powell and the Trump campaign all have cases working their way up the ladder. Until January 20th comes or President Trump concedes, the battle continues.

The Texas case wasn't our best shot, contrary to what so many have said. As I noted in the show last night, it had fatal flaws, and I didn't even mention standing.

But the truth is coming out. Better cases are coming up. I'm still at 90% sure President Trump wins, Lord willing.— JD Rucker (@JDRucker) December 12, 2020

This is all true. Texas did not demonstrate standing, particularly because their premise was based on how other states operated their elections. If they could have demonstrated direct voter fraud to change the results of the election itself, they have had a better chance. Thankfully, there are plenty of other lawsuits coming up that do demonstrate what is needed in order to correct the results of the election.

Time is the challenge. Can these other lawsuits get in front of the right people in time? We will see.

This is a blow to the confidence of many Trump supporters, but the fight is far from complete. There are still multiple angles and several weeks before January 20. Don’t let naysayer convince you President Trump isn’t going to win.

“When do we FIGHT BACK ?”

Probably after tomorrow’s massacre of innocent protesters.

I think they are all afraid of leftist violence and chaos if they (all of the courts and legislatures) do not ignore the fraud and allow Biden to “win.” All of these cowardly people need to fear us more.

Flags upside down. Prepare! It is over. Think about it, how can there ever be a legitimate election process. They won and we kept going to work etc.

Trump’s legal team did not file this case.

The teflon dems will be emboldened to steal the 2 GA senate seats. There was no consequence to their rigging the GA president vote.

WHAT, exactly is coming????

I’ve heard sages all over the internet telling us for months and years - Yep, any day now, just around the corner, wait for it, Nothing can stop what is coming - nothing, It’s going to be Biblical, Durham’s report, etc. etc.

And all we get is Jack Shit.

Nothing’s coming.
It’s over.

The only thing coming is a hot Civil War.

From what I’ve read, going by the book, state legislatures have the legal right of way here even above the supreme court. Unfortunately that group is fantastically corrupt.

Just eating at a local barbeque restaurant. Guy at the table next to me came over and sat, we discussed this. Didn’t know him from Adam but the story came on Newsmax (no more Fox there) and he heard how mad my wife and I are. Says he has contacts all over the country ready to go to armed rebellion. He was as pissed as I am. Time to water the tree of liberty?

I was rather skeptical about Q and the entire movement of Nothing Can Stop This...

But actually, everything that’s been happening is now supporting it. Most of all, the deep administration speaks/acts in Q now.

You are aware that the President signed EO 13848 in 2018 and that a surveilance operation was done on the election? That is not rampant speculation, it is fact. And so far...not a peep has been said what they found or any evidence.

They are required to report their findings to the govt as per the order on Friday of next week.

Could it be that the SCOTUS kickback here is to delay anything until that EO report comes out? It might very well shock the world.

Either way, if we do FAIL. What we did see in this Texas case is that Red America is united and we will not stand for a fraudulent President Biden. Under NO circumstances...even if that means secession/war.

I will endeavor to answer. It appears that only the corrupt election officials themselves have standing. Governors, Sec of States, local elections board.

You know, the people who stole it.

Nobody else has standing that I can see.

The fix is in and it feels like we are the Black Knight in Monty Python.

Maybe it is time we face the truth - all of our institutions are against Trump (and his supporters). All of them. It does not matter how many fans you put in the stands if the other side has more players, gets help from “your players”, control the refs, control the announcers, and even control the groundskeeper. You will lose.

The Republicrats are actually out there crowing about how the GOP has “grown its base.” What a lie. Trump grew it. They did not. How/why they think Trump voters will enthusiastically support the GOP that has abandoned him is beyond me.

President Trump WON the election, God IS exposing the criminality, and President Trump WILL be re-inagurated next year and SERVE another 4 years in the White House.

SCOTUS would have been within their rights to listen to this case. As the supreme law of the land they are the proper ones to rule on these election matters and they failed. I am deeply disappointed.
