That’s not happening. The electors will be cast. Not sure where this misinformation is coming from. “Each state” is voting and Biden is going to have 306 votes.

Just exactly how in the hell will this come up in congress? The elector’s vote (that happens this Monday), Congress counts the votes on 1/6/21. Whoever gets 270 votes moves in on 1/20/21.
Yes we are now past the courts. If the key players of those 18 states refuse to send their electors Biden cannot get to 270 and it gets thrown into the House of Representatives. Trump will win.
