Just exactly how in the hell will this come up in congress? The elector’s vote (that happens this Monday), Congress counts the votes on 1/6/21. Whoever gets 270 votes moves in on 1/20/21.

This requires less than 270 EV for a candidate, which depended on SCOTUS nullifying the several states in question. Since that’s not happening, Congress isn’t going to do this.
