The other 2 options you gave were to give up.... and we are not there yet.

SCOTUS did not throw out the other cases from these swing states... just the state vs state case.

SCOTUS can still redeem itself.

These legislatures still have a chance to redeem themselves as well.

I am laughing out loud at your post.

The first part is a true statement.

The second part is hilarious--martial law means the legal system (and rules of evidence) are totally irrelevant.

(I am not arguing for or against martial law--I am just saying that "evidence" and "proof" has nothing to do with it.)

Bottom line is all these places and offices derive their power from the states and the people

If they are not going to use that power

It reverts back to the people to fix the mess they wont
