Trump/ the Executive Branch was directly harmed by the Constitutional lawbreaking. Wouldn’t he have standing?

Trump as POTUS, or Pence as VPOTUS, could try to claim a right under Article III to the court's original jurisdiction, but that is unprecedented. That depends on interpretation of the word consul, or the interaction of the Declaratory Judgment Act with the Eleventh and Fourteenth Amendments.

Trump filed a motion to intervene in the Texas case as a Presidential Candidate; but that was declared moot when the Black-robed cowardly tyrants pulled a non-existent “lack of standing” out of their ass.
