The Legislative Branch has failed the Constitution.

The Judicial Branch has failed the Constitution.

It’s down to the Executive Branch.

"It’s down to the Executive Branch."

It's time for Executive Branch to act. The Executive Branch needs to tell the Legislative Branch and the Judicial Branch that they need to step away because they have no standing to intervene.

Correct. I suspect President Trump and his attorneys will keep fighting. Even after the electoral college declares Biden the winner. Even after no more courts will even hear his case.

But soon, and very soon President Trump will concede. What choice does he have? Will he invoke the Insurrection Act? Martial Law?

Doubtful.

And we know where that leads. This isn’t over.
