Not really. It’s a standing issue - and, in the long run, you don’t want a state to have it here. Standing was abused by liberal judges at the beginning of Trump’s term to throw out travel bans, etc.
Not not really. It’s a coup issue. Judges see the GOP undermining POTUS post election and get the message: Everybody in the political class want Trump gone and the swamp back in business.
Novel legal theories have a nasty way of coming back to bite you in the end (no pun intended).
Coup issues will have to wait until the 2022 elections.
