I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
The three Trump judges did what Roberts told them to do. I knew it early on. Two were going to play nice with the Beltway elite and ACB was untested. As a new judge she wasn’t going to go against the grain. The Supreme Court is now the Supreme Swamp.
There is no lower court that may hear a case of State vs State.

No surprise to me. The country club/dim bulb suburbanite wing of the GOP is around 1/4 and 1/3 of the base. These are folks insulated from the worst of open borders agenda and nutty Democrat policies. That will change soon. I'm not holding my breath waiting. Whatever happens, happens, but I'm done praying for the truth to be told, that honesty, integrity, and justice prevails, and that the criminals be held accountable in this life. I don't foresee any of that happening in the time I have left on this earth.
