Rita Hart, an Iowa Democrat, lost her bid in the open 2nd Congressional District by six votes out of more than 394,000 cast. Now, rather than continuing to appeal in court, Hart is taking her case directly to the House because it's a necessary step to get the results her campaign wants, she said in an online video.

No doubt Davenport and Iowa City cooked up some shaky votes, but people were watching too closely for it to be enough.
M-M made a respectable showing in 2014 against the previous incumbent Democrat. Lost by 14,000 votes.
In Illinois where I live DEMS always win in this situation. They keep “finding” votes until ahead. Then the election is called.

I live in Scott county, but a rural area. Very “purple” county.
We had a lot of people show up for same day registration, giving addresses that don’t exist, with fake IDs. A few were cited.
I have been thinking about that. The margin was six votes. I know eight people who voted for MM.
Historical background:
1984: Republican Richard McIntyre defeats Democrat incumbent Frank McCloskey by about 500 votes in Indiana’s 8th Congressional District. Democrats ignore the outcome and decide to seat McCloskey anyway. Republicans capitulate.
1974: Republican Louis Wyman defeats Democrat John Durkin in a U.S. Senate election in New Hampshire by 350 votes. Democrats ignore the outcome and declare Durkin the winner anyway AND call for the election to be done over again (which their puppet wins easily in 1975). Republicans capitulate.
2020: Republicans win (at least) 2 House elections in close races, the one this bitch in Iowa couldn’t quite fraud her way to victory in, the one in upstate New York where a corrupt Democrat judge keeps “finding” ballots in drawers, and whose to say there aren’t some others (California Districts 21 and 25?) where dirty Democrats also failed to commit sufficient fraud to win “legitimately” so those elections will also have to be overturned?
Need I add that Republicans will capitulate again?
As I mentioned a week or two ago on another thread, if someone in the (for now) Republican controlled Senate had any balls, the first thing they’d do is declare John James the winner in Michigan because he lost only by the margin of vote fraud, throw out gun-grabber Kelly and reinstate Martha McSally for the same reason, and they’d also refuse to seat the 2 new Democrats from Georgia when (not IF, but WHEN) they both win their runoffs next month. Remember that it’s only because of Democrat fraud that Perdue is even facing a runoff to begin with.
Unfortunately the operative phrase there is “if someone in the (for now) Republican controlled Senate had any balls”, which means there’s no chance.
