I waiting for businesses to sue over property and inventory taxes. Due to government action we were not allowed to generate revenue with which to pay the property taxes. The property is distressed due to those actions.

Inventory taxes are too high due to government actions not allowing the inventory to be sold as per the normal action of business. If we had been allow to operate, the inventory would have been sold thus reducing valuation and tax.
