This during the holidays and the busiesst time of year, particularly, when Christmas and New Years fall on a Thursday
And the American people, armed and all...said “ok”
Surrender our rights, liberties, freedoms, the entire purpose of life because some Politician said so, while hiding behind a fake virus/disease that’s only real claim to fame is having wiped out the Flu.
Yay or yea or not so big a deal yeah.
this is series. hugh even. they’re kneads two bee moore series gramma add hear ants.
Democrats are the anti-fun party.
Can’t dine outside but can shop inside. Makes no sense.
Of all times for the holidays to fall on a Thursday. Ugh, more tourists in our town.
I’m happily staying home.
Tahoe has two sides. One is in Nevada.
but the property taxes are due in FULL!
Regards,
We were there yesterday. Kinda deserted already. Of course we stayed on the arguably ‘saner’ side of the state line. Guess Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose should do well. If we get some more much needed snow. And, there is some in the forecast for the weekend. I believe Sunday is when our gov sissypants lastest mandate is due to expire. But, with the “reported” increase in cases, I don’t expect him to relax much.
My understanding is that ski resorts make about half their yearly income Christmas week.
The left is actively trying to destroy our country and economy and the livelihood of millions of Americans.
There needs to be far more push back, especially since it’s beginning to look like short of a tremendous act of God, Trump is not going to take office.
Yep, the slopes are gong to get hit this year. last year they made it at least until March
But the property taxes are due in DOUBLE and TRIPLE as we need the revenue. And you better pay your sales taxes exactly as they were last year. Oh and you will be shut down until after Saint Patrick’s Days 2021.
My friend insisted we buy season passes.
I laughed saying “No way. No Season”
That’s why Season Pass Holders have what is called “Black Out” for 10 days at the end of the year.
We would totally be there for those exact 10 days and having spent $450 Rupee for our pass we would be a net drain on their revenues.
Good luck enforcing this crap in places like Stateline where you can literally cross the street to Nevada.
I know that and wondered how they would handle Heavenly.
Maybe you start at Stage Coach and they have California cordoned off, which is fine. I much prefer Stage Coach and then the bar at the end...
I know, I’m just posting what is just plain nonsense...
I can look out my window and see that the Nevada Side of Heavenly is open. May have some snow tonight.
I would not be surprised to see Sisolak join the effort to shut everything down. Except of course the pot shops, Walmart, etc.
