Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton alleges that attorneys general who flooded their states with fraudulent mail-in ballots broke the law. BY ANDREW MIILLER • DECEMBER 11
United States President Donald Trump just announced that his administration is joining a lawsuit asking the Supreme Court to block four swing states from casting electoral votes for Joe Biden. “We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case,” he posted to Twitter on December 9. “This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!”
The lawsuit is led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court on December 7 to invalidate the election certifications of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. He argues that these states’ expansion of mail-in voting operations was never approved by state legislatures and is therefore illegal and invalidates the results. He is requesting that the Supreme Court order these states’ presidential electors to be chosen by the state legislatures.
The motion filed by Texas includes 154 pages describing what happened in each state:
Georgia: Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger repealed a Georgia statute “governing the signature verification process for absentee ballots” without legislative approval.
Michigan: Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson repealed “election statutes related to absentee ballot applications and signature verification” without legislative approval.
Pennsylvania: Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar repealed a statute requiring “signature verification for absentee or mail-in ballots” without legislative approval.
Wisconsin: The state elections commission weakened “security procedures put in place by the Wisconsin legislature to ensure absentee ballot integrity.” All of these moves likely violate the 14th Amendment of the Constitution, which guarantees all American citizens equal protection under the law. The effect of these illegal actions in these four states unfairly increased their influence on the election. Eighteen U.S. states, representing over 100 million Americans, are backing Texas in its lawsuit.
President Trump believes the legal case is strong.
“The case that everyone has been waiting for is the State’s case with Texas and numerous others joining,” he posted on Twitter. “It is very strong, ALL CRITERIA MET. How can you have a presidency when a vast majority think the election was RIGGED?”
The Texas filing asks the Supreme Court to postpone the deadline for certifying each state’s presidential electors beyond December 14. It notes that the only date “mandated by the Constitution” is Inauguration Day: January 20. Yet even if the Supreme Court refuses this part of his request, it could still nullify electoral votes after December 14 if it rules that the attorney generals violated state law when they flooded their states with mail-in ballots.
If the Republican-controlled state legislatures of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin appoint Republican electors, then President Trump would win the Electoral College vote. Or if the electoral votes of these four states are invalidated, neither Biden nor Trump would win. In that case, the 12th Amendment mandates that the state legislatures appoint delegates for a special convention to choose from among the three leading presidential candidates. Since 30 of the 50 state legislatures are majority Republican and each state gets one vote, President Trump would win reelection.
Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry’s cover story for the January 2021 Trumpet issue is titled “Why Donald Trump Will Remain America’s President.” It explains that President Trump will remain in office because of Bible prophecies in 2 Kings 14 and Amos 7. (Please read this article if you have not already done so!) It also makes the case that the Supreme Court is likely going to intervene in the election crisis to uphold the rule of law in America.
“Justice Barrett’s nomination could prove decisive in this election and to Mr. Trump remaining president!” Mr. Flurry wrote. “After the election, attorneys across America, including Mr. Trump’s lawyers, filed lawsuits in several states alleging voter fraud. It is likely that some of these cases will end up in the Supreme Court. I don’t know, but I would think the Supreme Court is going to have to rule on this election eventually. The fact that Justice Barrett will be there when that happens increases the odds that the law will be upheld!”
As President Trump put it, Texas v. Pennsylvania, et al may end up being “the big one”!
Overturn it? No. The election was already overturned after the polls closed by ballot stuffing in the early hours of day after when observers were sent away. God willing this Lawsuit will restore the real result of the election before it was overturned.
No.
There is only one authority to obtain the result you seek, and it is controlled by Democrats 270-265.
Time will tell.
No. Just for discussion, did Gov. Abbott’s use “emergency powers” to change Texas election laws without specific legislative authority? This seems to be the crux of the matter of Paxton’s lawsuit against the four states.
If Texas loses this lawsuit, Texas should be ejected from the Union along with the other losing states.
I do not see SCOTUS having the guts or interest to allow Texas’ case to proceed. They will punt.
I think they will make a statement to the effect that “yes, there may be anomalies, but its up to the states to fix them.”
they will throw out ballots that did not meet state law. Will it be enough? I dunno.
But that’s what they will do.
And I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night.
Will This Texas Lawsuit Overturn the Presidential Election?

Wrong title... should be reading “Will this Texas Lawsuit put an End to the Dem-Rats Attempted Steal of the Election?”
“If Texas loses this lawsuit, Texas should be ejected from the Union along with the other losing states.”
I call that winning by losing.
My letter to the Ohio AG I email’d Wed.
Dear Sir:
I implore you to have Ohio join the other 17 states in the Texas Law Suit now headed to the Supreme Court.
It is very obvious that the 2020 Election was Hi-Jacked by Ballot Box stuffing, voting machines with corrupted software that could not count votes correctly, aided by USB memory cards with no controls whatsoever. It is a fact that this happened in several states tilting the results.
As an Ohio Voter I feel completely disenfranchised with absolutely no recourse other than to give up on the system and the idea of Democracy in my country. Joseph Stalin said it best with “People who cast votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.” This could not be more evident when you watch at the security camera video from Atlanta. It is truly sad that a country that put a man on the moon some 50 years ago cannot run a fair and accurate election.
It is not fair that a few states that cannot seem to run a fair, accurate, even legal election tilt the result in a completely different direction. This is yet another example of what my Mother used to say that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch.
The Mainstream Media tries to sell a story that there was no fraud, when the video from Atlanta is very obvious what was going on. The Media now has the credibility of Baghdad Bob. Don’t be like them. Stand up for truth, justice, and the American Way.
I feel that We The People have lost control of our own Government. If we lose our voice at the Ballot Box, what do we have left? This is no longer the America that I remember that my family members built, fought, and died for. Shame on us if we allow this to happen.
This is your profile in courage moment. Will you do the right thing? Or will you turn your head, ignore the obvious that a senile old man, with a corrupt son, with ties to Communist China, who never campaigned, actually defeated a candidate, who put America truly first, did more in 4 years than anybody, who could draw a crowd bigger than The Rolling Stones?
History awaits your decision.
Yes.
“ If Texas loses this lawsuit, Texas should be ejected from the Union along with the other losing states.”
Sounds reasonable to me. Unfortunately I live in one of the states Texas is suing. I would gladly move to one of the patriot states though.
I agree except they will say "each state". They wiill demand that Texas sue each state separately, then they will say that in each case it won't change the overall outcome.
“ There is only one authority to obtain the result you seek, and it is controlled by Democrats 270-265. ”
Doesn’t work like that. If the election is thrown to the house, each state will get one vote.
There is that language again: “Overturn the presidential election”
No, the election will not be overturned, but the fraud will be revealed.
Good point.
That’s true.
Exactly right.
If the court DOESN’T rule in favor of Texas, then the election is overturned.
