Governor Dunleavy joins Texas lawsuit on elections (Alaska!)

The State of Alaska has joined the Texas lawsuit on election integrity.

“Alaska submitted a letter to the United States Supreme Court that adds Alaska to the list of amici states supporting Texas in its lawsuit against lawsuit against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin,” the Department of Law said in a statement.

“I agree with the attorney general that the integrity of this election is a critical bedrock principle of our republican form of government,” said Gov. Mike Dunleavy. “There are too many critical questions that need to be answered to give the American people confidence that their vote counts.”

“Signing onto cases such as this should never be taken lightly. While this case concerns election integrity, it also has an impact on state’s rights. As Alaskans, we should all be careful about involving ourselves in the inner workings of other states. However, the issue of election integrity impacts all of us, and the question of free and fair elections must be answered in order for all Americans to have confidence in our system. We hope for an expedited decision from the Supreme Court,” Dunleavy said.

Alaska becomes the 18th state to back the lawsuit against Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan for violating election laws.

Six states are signed onto the lawsuit Thursday: Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah.

I think the significance of all this is beginning to sink in at the state level.

I think this is less about knowledge than cowardice.

They know the jig is up and don’t want to get caught on the wrong side of history.

The popular elections in PA, MI, GA & WI are fatally and irreversibly flawed.

Toss the lot of them.

I want my Amendment XIV rights respected.

Ohio filed an amicus brief saying that they don't support either side. God knows why.

22 States and a bunch of territories signed an amicus AGAINST Texas. Ohio submitted one supporting nobody (yet the way it is worded, it supports the criminal states).

If you're a Colonel, how do you have so much time to spend on Free Republic? Are you retired? Or just delegate everything to your 0-3s?

And how did you you go from Captain to Colonel so fast? Just asking, Ma'am.

Excellent.
The fact is, we control far more states and state legislatures than the Dems, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Every red state should join this lauwuite to stop this blatant attempt to carry out the greatest robbery in the history of mankind.

Certainly hope this goes right at SCOTUS

If Trump goes to the SCOTUS, (and he has officially ajoined this case), IF the SCOTUS (like the rest of the Judicial Branch), does not allow what is the most fundamental and true Constitutionally derived “standing” and “redress of grievances” for ballots and votes stolen from many millions of Americans, due to the treasonous and massive coordinated election fraud, we then have a greatly compounded problem.

At all lower state and federal judiciary levels, the courts have have been in 98% lockstep to deny any liberty loving American citizen, or group of American citizens, their most important and basic Constitutional rights, so as to usher in the known Biden global socialist governance architecture.

Again, if SCOTUS denies our most basic Constitutional rights here, we (Trump) have a much more compounded problem.

IF Trump and fundamental American liberty loses at SCOTUS, (so SCOTUS essentially picks Biden), the DOD leadership is much more likely to align with Biden.

It is because of this, I believe this strategy of appealing to the already global socialist aligned courts, is no longer the right, just, or tactical lawfare move.

Such a SCOTUS decision may very well end any possibility of a needed and limited declaration of the “Insurrection Act”, and or limited use of “Martial Law” for a new national, in person, ballot only vote, overseen by the limited use of Guard and Reserve, to keep America and our Constitution from being overthrown.

This is already the chatter some of my older “buddies” are hearing from DOD “general staff”, heard for several weeks now in Arlington/Crystal City.

As such, it matters little what the globalist left wing IC actors do at this point. If the scuttlebutt is right, and Trump loses SCOTUS, the DOD itself (regardless of Miller’s SOCOM), will then take their orders from the deep state puppeteers who are really propping up, controlling, and using Biden/Harris to accomplish their blueprint.

Lots to think about here.

By taking the path of least friction, it is possible POTUS may well ended his own ability to bring justice to our real electorate, and to preserve our Constitution.

Disagree.

If the DoD leadership is made up of socialist traitors, they were never going to back Trump in any case.

If Trump has placed the right people (i.e., patriots) in the right positions, I don’t think a bad SCOTUS decision to endorse obvious fraud will suddenly cause them to switch sides.

In any case, the “military option” would require the concomitant public release of information (e.g., evidence of foreign interference and/or a conspiracy within the gov) in order to bolster public support.
