Kraken-releasing attorney Sidney Powell is still in the process of unveiling the damning evidence that she claims indicates the 2020 presidential election was stolen from President Donald Trump.
She appeared on “Lou Dobbs Tonight” on Thursday to give additional details about Dominion and Smartmatic voting software, which is now being referred to as a “Cyber Pearl Harbor.”
“They designed and developed the Smartmatic and Dominion programs and machines that include a controller module that allows people to log in and manipulate the vote even as its happening,” Powell said. “We are finding more and more evidence of this.”
Preponderance of the evidence means greater than 50% certainty. Nobody knows for sure what beyond a reasonable doubt is, but it's certainly above 90% certainty. So preponderance of the evidence is a much lower burden of proof than beyond a reasonable doubt.

Barr is working and he always holds his cards very very tightly to his chest until he’s ready to slay his targets.....don’t for a second forget that. His reputation is stellar when it comes to that as his own staff has time and again attested to.....even they’ve been left in the dark until he’s ready to strike.

Exactly. And I have a feeling Sidney is daring one of these people to sue her so she can use that to get subpoenas for evidence from a court. So far none of them have which tells us something.
