Spit spit spit. What a fool that AG.
Stupid arsed politicians........Ohio is going to hell in a handbasket what with DeWino and the pancake eater Kasich’s stench still permeating in the place.....
Courts do recognize limits to their authority. He's not questioning the principle of judicial review.
No one is trying to throw out Ohio. What’s his problem?
The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution< the Laws of the United States...; -to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;-to Controversies between two or more States;-between a State and Citizens of another State;-between Citizens of different States;-between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.
In all Cases ....in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.
Coronavirus related changes? If voting changes in the law were necessary for this let the legislature take it up.
Another thing thats been a similar annoyance to me for years. The last play of the game non-call. If it’s pass interference in the first quarter, it’s pass interference on the last play as well. This whole endgame no-call on fouls, penalties etc has always bugged me. Let the legislature/rules committee make the rule say no calls on the last play of a game if thats what they want.
Rules and procedures are there for a reason.
Refer that guy to Bush v Gore. 😏
All are term limited, yet we scream for term limits. Apparently, they don’t work.
Daweenie and da Yoke
Taking away their votes is a harsh remedy for a mistake by the State.
China.
Don’t forget rancid Kasick. (I’d like to forget him, but the smlmey ba$$turd may come slithering back into the picture).
Watch him here in full knee pads pleasuring Fredo and Obama’s butt boy:
Thanks for the .pdf of the response.
I’m not impressed with their logic and nothing can defend their actions in this election.
I’m not a lawyer.
It is true that the Supreme Court is prone to protecting DC and the system. It should be an unbiased interpreter of the law as it exists. Will they do that? Unsure.
But we have a better shot at it now than when President Trump was elected.
Don’t forget Kasick!
This article doesn’t represent the actual motion at all. It says they disagree with the remedy, but the SCOTUS needs to take it up and decide over and for all.
It’s more of a criticism of SCOTUS than Texas tbh.
I don’t know but claiming they USSC has no authority to hear a case between states claiming constitutional violations is a MORON...
Simply making that claim shows you to be a hack.
