Former Vice President Joe Biden announced Thursday he would bring former National Security Advisor Susan Rice back to the White House to head the Domestic Policy Council.
Biden’s decision is puzzling, as Rice’s entire political career was focused on national security.

With little short-term memory in his dying brain, every time Joe Biden meets officials in his administration - will be, effectively, the first time he meets them. A year in, and every meeting will begin with introductions.
(Of course those will be just quick photo-ops for PR. Biden will not be present at any real decision-making meetings)
