“””Where is Kentucky?”””

Unfortunately, the Republican State of Kentucky took upon themselves to elect a Democrat Attorney General.

As I understand the legal process only State Attorney Generals can file amici briefs.

That's not true. Kentucky foolishly elected a Democrat as governor, but ...

"[Daniel Cameron] is the first African American independently elected to statewide office in Kentucky's history and the first Republican elected to the Attorney General's office since 1948." And I'd say a fairly good chance of becoming the next Governor of Kentucky in 2023.

I don't understand why Kentucky hasn't joined Texas. I'm pretty sure it was/is a part of the Pennsylvania lawsuit and was named as a state that would probably sign on with Texas, but hasn't.
