Gentlemen: Being unclear as to which one of you represents me at Atlas Street in Savannah, I am writing to you both, with a courtesy copy to Mr. Ligon, who has filed an Amicus Brief with SCOTUS in support of the Texas lawsuit. As a concerned citizen of Savannah, I urge you both to join with Mr. Ligon in requesting that the High Court grant the relief sought by the State of Texas. It is a disgrace and a calamity that the Georgian general election was high-jacked using high tech and low 19th century shenanigans, against the express will of the State Legislature in defiance of the Constitution. It would be a further and unmitigated disaster if the same shenanigans were to continue into the Senatorial run-off, and our voter rolls were to be further corrupted, not only with the dead people, fictitious people and moved-away people that already infest it, but also with carpet-baggers from California, Oregon and Washington just to rig the run-off, with a sprinkling of New Yorkers, and Illinois-ans for a cherry on top of an excremental sundae of fraud and chicanery. I cannot be said to harbor any prejudice against Yankees, having been born and raised one myself, and somehow recovered, but I am absolutely prejudiced against election fraud, from any and all quarters. It is exactly these sorts of shenanigans that lit the fuse of the Kansas/Missouri border war that presaged the War Between the States, which to this day poisons the political atmosphere and threatens the existence of Democracy and civil society itself. Accordingly, I urge you to please show a united front with Senator William Ligon, and help check and balance the executive branch of the State of Georgia, which has frankly run amok, possibly at the insistence of moneyed foreign powers.
