Good post as usual.

We have no idea if it’s true, consider the source.

But the implications warrant discussion.

Cruz is from Texas so that fits.

He was on Trump’s list of Supreme Court candidates, and has led cases there before, which should make him immensely qualified.

Politics is the ultimate blood sport though, so can anyone be trusted to defend a potential rival for all the marbles?

I guess my dream scenario would be Cruz presenting, Trump winning his second term, and then Cruz using it as a springboard to a SCOTUS or even POTUS seat later.

Supreme, maybe. But regarding POTUS, past scuttlebutt has maintained that Ted isn’t a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S. If that still cuts any ice.

Unfortunately, he's a Cubanadian.

A poster over at TheDonald.Win said:

"I love how she [SCOTUS Justice ACB] made the point several times during her hearing process that “Judges are not Policymakers”. Thats a lot of what the Texas lawsuit is arguing. Judges in all those states cannot just rule to change the voting laws. If they didn’t know, they’ll be finding out very soon."

I think we're gonna win this.
