“The suit from the Texas attorney general, Republican Ken Paxton, demands that the 62 total Electoral College votes in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin be invalidated.”

An out and out lie. Read the lawsuit.

The MSM use to try and hide their bias. These days they don’t even try to.

The AP just took their fact finding to Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook and Jack Dorsey of Twitter.

Paxton’s suit repeats a litany of false, disproven and unsupported allegations about mail-in ballots and voting in the four battlegrounds.

That statement missed the side of the barn. The law states that rules for elections must be determined by the legislatures of those states.

The idea that a governor or other state official, who isn’t a member of the legislative body, can arbitrarily make up rules for an election, is in itself unconstitutional and denies the rights of voters from other states that comply with the Constitutional process.
