Maybe he can sue the cheating states for fraud and damages?Maybe he can sue the SOS of states in question for dereliction of duty?
The AP just took their fact finding to Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook and Jack Dorsey of Twitter.
That statement missed the side of the barn. The law states that rules for elections must be determined by the legislatures of those states.
The idea that a governor or other state official, who isn’t a member of the legislative body, can arbitrarily make up rules for an election, is in itself unconstitutional and denies the rights of voters from other states that comply with the Constitutional process.
