Com-monwealth of Pennsylvania,et al., No. 22O155 (filed Dec. 7, 2020). Plaintiff in Intervention seeks leave to file the ac-companying Bill of Complaint in Intervention against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the States of Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin (“Defendant States”), challenging their administration of the 2020 presidential election.

Correct. They do not but they have already accepted the states’ case for review. Now they have to determine whether they will grant Trump’s motion to intervene. The reality is if this were a 5 to 4 liberal court and Trump was the Dem standard bearer, they would grant his motion to intervene regardless of the law. Republican SC judges have a tendency to try to adhere to the law. That is why it is not a sure thing with Republican SC judges as it would be with Dem judges.

There doesn’t need to be an injured party if the argument is that the action violated express terms of the constitution. Illegal changes to the rules could’ve hurt any candidate in any party by any scale. The outcome was irrelevant. There’s a rule, here’s it broken. End of argument.

The minute you claim targeted victimhood you invoke habeas corpus, and have to prove the injury. No proof of injury + no conclusive proof of illegality = uphill battle to get the case heard.

This is why so many cases flopped. Too much of it based on ANGRY out-of-state subjective was.

It read to me alright but I can see how a court that’s on the Biden side would be able to wilfully dismiss it as “I’m petitioning on behalf of my old gran in Wisconsin who reckons her vote for Donald was robbed because someone from QAnon in Utah did a YouTube on an intervention by a dead dude in Venezuela and I’m FURIOUS ON HER BEHALF, signed Lawyer From Sacramento” nonsense.

I’ll be controversial and say that I fear Trump has undermined the Texas case by injecting his own personal butt-hurt into a case that was benefiting enormously by not being in any way linked to butt-hurt.

But we’ll see.

Trump and Barr saw this coming and talked about it publicly continually for months before it happened. The pending Mail In Ballot fiasco. Nobody did anything to prevent this from happening including Trump and Barr. No courts cases. NADA The Supreme Court will not take up this case because something should have done months earlier. All of the guests on Hannity today agreed the Supreme Court will punt. Case Closed. Biden Wins.

They DID do something. I remember months earlier Mark Levin caught wind of one of the changes in Michigan or Penn and was talking with that states legislature and lawyers on air about it...they were suing left and right to try to reverse those changes.
