I came of age in the Appalachia part of the Ohio River Valley around Portsmouth, Ohio. 70 years of government spending on uranium enrichment, clean coal, and countless great society economic development programs. Billions spent for naught. So what is several billion dollars more between bureaucrats and politicians?
