He has some sort of facility outside of Waco, an hour or so north of the People’s Republic of Austin.

It’s a SpaceX plant at McGregor. I live about 8 miles from it. The earth rattles several times per week as they test rocket engines. It’s impressive!

IIRC, Texas is a Right To Work State.

Gigafactory Texas being built near Austin. Off the bypass. Will bring jobs, traffic and more people to change the state. Boca Chica is already pressuring landowners to sell their land. Musk and crew are gonna use .gov to take their land.
