Noem should be the nominee and Cruz the VP.

I just moved to South Dakota (from NY) and Kristi is second to none.

The best decision of my life was to move here. Black hills are gorgeous and the majority of the peeps are awesome.

:)

The more states that join do you think this puts more pressure in the SCOTUS to do something. I am expecting the best care is for them to have the states legislature handle it. They won’t do much more.

Perhaps the damn is breaking!?!?
Is the Supreme Court corrupt enough to deny what’s going on here?

Just a guess but this seems to be building up to a “moral victory.” SCOTUS won’t deny the steal happened, will criticizes it but also won’t invalidate the stolen election. Dems don’t care how they win and will take it. GOP wants to toss a bone to the GOP base to GOTV in GA. Not good enough, IMO.

The only wrinkle I can see is if the individual state legislature previously granted broader authority to their SOS to be able to make such rules and changes without legislative consent.

IS there ANY evidence or talk that this has happened?? I thought they said that changes had to be voted on by the People?

This is a shot across the bow. These states won’t tolerate unconstitutional laws.

Give it another day or two. Each state will vary according to what their own Constitution requires.

I agree though, Oklahoma needs to jump into this asap. If it’s up to just the AG and the Governor it could happen tomorrow.

Ohio will NEVER join the list.

Yes, the GOP is in charge of the Executive Branch...but they are RINO Establishment types.

Our dictator gov. DeWhine has already welcomed “President elect” Biden.
