Allan Dershowitz (sp?) said it’s a creative idea but it’s not likely to succeed. He gave the Texas Attorney General an A+ for trying.

Has Jonathan Turley weighed in yet? He’ll probably throw cold water on it too.

Other states should join this. I hope it’s not just a stunt and last-ditch effort on the part of Texas politicians.

Dershowitz may be correct...

If it fails, it will be due to the constraints of Federalism...States have constitutional rights over their own elections...not sure there is any overlap with the election decisions and processes of other states...?
