A Michigan lawmaker leading the investigation into the 2020 election threatened Dominion Voting Systems CEO with a subpoena if he doesn’t appear before his committee voluntarily.
State Rep. Matt Hall, a Republican who chairs the Michigan House Oversight Committee, said in a Dec. 7 letter obtained by The Epoch Times that he sent a letter last month asking Dominion CEO John Poulos to testify before the committee.
“I have not received an answer to my request. I am writing again to request your appearance before the House Oversight Committee so that we can further investigate Dominion’s role in the election,” Hall wrote to Poulos in the new letter.
The representative said there have been a number of claims and accusations regarding Dominion’s software and the results of the election and that Poulos could help lawmakers and voters better understand the election software.
If Poulos cannot make it in person, testimony via Zoom would serve.
“If Dominion chooses to ignore this second request to come before the committee I am prepared to seek legislative subpoena power to compel your appearance before the House Oversight Committee,” Hall wrote. “I am hopeful that it would not come to this.”
Dominion didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Hey, what’s the rush? We have all the time in the world.
Right?
Dominion web page “facts” claim Dominion software does not have a weighted vote function.
I’m assuming that is a lie.
RE: Hey, what’s the rush? We have all the time in the world.
ABSOLUTELY. This isn’t about Trump alone, it’s about the INTEGRITY of our elections. Even after whoever is inaugurated, this investigation must continue to uncover the truth.
RE: Dominion web page “facts” claim Dominion software does not have a weighted vote function.
And OJ Simpson claimed that he didn’t kill Nicole Brown Simpson and he would spend the rest of his life looking for the REAL killer.
And Bill Clinton said he never had sex with “that woman”, Miss Lewinsky.
The Dominion CEO doesn’t want to answer any questions about his company, the election, or his connections. This has cover up written all over it.
Another sternly worded letter. A month late.
Do it!
RE: The Dominion CEO doesn’t want to answer any questions about his company, the election, or his connections
If your company is above board, answering these questions is an ABSOLUTE MUST if only to clear your company’s reputation.
i live in michigan, never heard of matt hall, however, matt is one of the local do nothing repubs allowing The great gretchen to dictate to us, not much hope of anything coming of this. kinda like double secret probation....
RE: Another sternly worded letter. A month late.
Let’s say the Dominion CEO is subpoenaed and refuses to come ( he already snubbed the Pennsylvania legislature when they asked him to testify ), given that Dominion is based in Canada, what else can the Michigan legislature do?
Any honest CEO would WANT to tout how good his company is and talk about the value of their products and services. Its a great opportunity for corporate bragging rights and some invaluable PR.
Not wanting to take advantage of such an opportunity says he’s hiding something. Or hiding a lot.
The question is can a Dominion product accommodate software with a weighted vote function? You have to ask the right question!
If the machine has a ranked choice voting option in the software, it can do something akin to weighing, IIUC.
They’d be better off claiming the fractional or weighted vote feature is for an innocent purpose, rather than claiming it doesn’t exist. Votes have already been observed being stored in fractional, decimal values. They need some explanation for that, other than “can’t happen.”
As I understand it that feature is pointed out in the software user manual.
Remember Jeffrey Epstein.
