I think every state has such standing, and should follow Texas’ lead!
Of course they have standing.
Every singe state that voted for President Trump has standing under equal protection under the law. When the Dems blatantly steal elections in Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Milwaukee, they disenfranchise (a favorite word of the Democrats. Lets use it against them) tens of millions of voters in Texas, Oklahoma, Iowa, etc
This particular approach is one of the best ways to litigate his case.
A state has amble standing to claim that election fraud in other states dilutes their electoral votes. This is an awesome move, timely, and could foprce SCOTUS to act.
Why don’t they have standing? Their legal votes in the Electoral College would be diluted by the illegal votes of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan.
Ohio and Florida should join. Also every other state that has certified legal electors.
I’m moving to Texas. Their government and people have guts unlike the wusses in my state government.
