Does it matter whether or how many amicus briefs he files??? What difference does it make?
Are there no honest judges above him that can tell him to stop?
My thought exactly! Just ignore him and walk away. Stop listening to his orders. What can he do? Flynn only has to tell anyone who comes after him he has a presidential pardon and any order is illegal.
Cops who know the law won’t touch him as they know it is wrongful incarceration and makes them personally and their department/agency liable for civil damages.
Then make a complaint to the Bar Association and a motion to the appeals court on judicial misconduct.
There it is.
Soon as the election is called for Trump we won't hear another peep out of this "judge".
Keep it up Emmet, soon you will see men in white coats carrying a straight jacket made just for you.
I had hoped that the military could backstop like it did in Egypt, and used to do in Turkey.
This means nothing! President used his powers to pardon Michael Flynn. After that, Judge Emmett Sullivan has no power over what was the case. He can do nothing except to get more press from an evil media. He cannot even summon Flynn to his court. He is an absolute clown!!!!

They had a hearing at one point , and I believe race carried the day.
They let Emmet Sullivan believe he could do as he pleases.

I think Judge Sullivan’s continuing clown show and going rogue are a HELP in a way because his actions help to highlight our so called Department of Justice.
Meaning, the DOJ has now established itself irrevocably as a rogue and criminal organization just like the judge! And, the judge’s actions also highlight that he needs to be gotten rid of just like Barr, Durham, Wray and the DOJ.
If we had a DoJ, this judge would be in a jail cell.
He’s finally dismissed it
Flynn has to respond to the judge, at least once, but the next act the judge takes in regard Flynn, they should consider trying to get a direction or a restraining order from the appellate court.
