This is a way for Schumer to pay off the black community for helping rig the election.Most 'student loans' in default are NOT college loans - they're the ones corrupt 'nonprofits' push in the black community.

And lots of them are 'grievance studies' at community colleges where everyone knows 90% of these 'students' have zero chance of finishing college and getting a paying job.
