Eight more miles last week, on track for the goal of 450 by year’s end.
Hopefully, they will also be able to get some more of the 87 miles left in the Pre-Construction phase to break ground before inauguration day. Projects already underway have a greater chance of avoiding cancellation, should Biden assume the Presidency.
Land acquisition in Texas remains the long pole in the tent, to start work.
The San Antonio Express News (https://www.expressnews.com/news/local/article/Express-Briefing-Border-wall-construction-far-15780586.php) reports today, that 30 of the completed miles are totally “new”, where no barrier existed before (This summer, it was 5 miles). As the program proceeds down the priority list, the percentage of such “new” miles will naturally continually increase, until the last 100 miles on the priority list is entirely where no barrier existed before.
The first 400 miles on the Priority List, historically account for well over 80% of illegal entries across that border, but Land Acquisition in Texas delayed the construction in the very high priority areas of the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo Sectors. Those (over 150 miles) are all now awarded on contract, and funded with Congressional appropriations, but land acquisition is still not complete. Hopefully, a good portion of that would run to completion, even if Biden should take office - but holdouts would almost certainly not have their land seized under eminent domain by a Biden Admin, leaving many gaps.
There are 221 miles of pre-existing barrier that have been assessed as effective. Assuming about 470 miles are completed by inauguration, that would be nearly 700 miles of effective barrier in place - in the highest priority areas (except for RGV and Laredo in Texas). There has also been a quite dramatic technology upgrade, that is already paid for, and rolling out.
Really, it has been a fantastic accomplishment, that is going to significantly improve our security.
And who is going to protect us from the Dimmocommies? The enemy within? I wish THAT were as simple as building a wall.
Since there is no prosecution of any crimes in America, it is becoming more likely that the wall is not to keep people out, but to keep us from escaping.

I know that President Trump was placed by God in office because of the fervent, intercessory prayer of believers not only here, but around the world. Our country was indeed created by the Lord God via the Judeo-Christian heritage of our Founding Fathers.
We as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ must continue in that same fervent prayer, in obedient faith (repenting of our sins), believing that Father God will again move in both our behalf but also in behalf of nations around the world who so desperately depend on the United States of America to stand as that Republic. That shining light on a hill.
In this I am not granting that the U.S. continue to be trampled underfoot by grifters, opportunists, illegal invaders, terrorists and enemy nations—who look to steal, to kill and to destroy, as their master Satan seeks to do. This we do witness nearly every moment of the day.

Defeating the fraud in the Presidential election is really the main battle.
Even if Biden’s side (communist China) prevails, I doubt that they would spend the money, and try to defend the indefensible argument, to demolish the whole wall.
I could see them funding some token demolitions, for a “wildlife corridor”, or “sacred Native American sites”, but not spending billions that they could otherwise spend on themselves.
More likely they will just change the policies to open the floodgates for immigrants, and gradually pull back the Border Patrol from guarding and maintaining the barrier, so that cartels can gradually poke many holes.
This is why they opposed the wall so much. We’re gonna win some and we’re gonna lose some, but I really don’t think Biden is going to have enough political capital to tear it down. Not that he doesn’t want to, but he’s already blown his political capital with the Hunter scandal and now this new scandal with the election fraud. We don’t even know if he’s gonna be president for sure and he’s already racking up scandals. I’m not trying to avoid hard truths, but I’m also maybe less blackpilled than some.

Between that and the cost, I don’t think that they would tear it all down either.
If you tear down the wall, you will likely get blamed for anything and everything that might come over the border later - drugs, caravans, terrorists, plagues, etc. Maybe the next 9-11.
They can achieve all their subversive immigration and other goals, without the risk, expense and delay of wall demolition.
Maybe they will chop down just a few showpiece phot op segments, to mollify their rabid base.
Yeah to be clear, I’m not defending Biden at all or trying to pretend it’s all going to be sunshine and roses if he comes into office, just saying I think the reason why the wall was so opposed by the Dems AND by globalist Republicans (let’s not forget their backstabbing) is that once it goes up, it’s unlikely that it comes down.
