oh, FFS. the AP didn’t make it up out of whole cloth; and the whole MSM universe, biased though it clearly is, is running this story.
there’s a difference between knowing that the MSM will relentlessly try to spin us, and the weird thought that they would make up 100% a story about a SCOTUS decision.

I imagine if they made a TV show called “Gay Divorce Court” it could get pretty wild.
But unfortunately they and their families won’t be the ones affected by this. All of the Biden minions will send their kids to private schools where this probably isn’t an issue. I agree with you- I only hope they (Biden voters/supporters) are the ones who suffer the most.
I have a lot of gay friends and peers. Most are in no way wanting any part of a marriage.

I think I recall a school district trying to use this as a compromise, and it was rejected. “Discriminating” by segregation, or some such notion.

Sex discrimination was outlawed by the Civil Rights Act.
When written it meant male and female.
One could not be discriminated against because one was male or female.
Now it means whatever perversion is practiced.
Gorsuch did that and that’s why the SCOTUS rejected hearing the case.

I can understand the SC's viewpoint. You want it to stop? Stop electing Democrats.
Not good enough. The gays and their newest besties the trannies want to force everyone to pretend that they are the normal ones, not everyone else. Accomodation is insufficient, they'll say it's like apartheid of Jim Crow. The solution will be girls being afraid to use the bathrooms and that's just too bad for them. Trannies already took all their sports records, not they want the bathroom so if you don't like it ladies get some depends and deal with it.
Alito, Thomas, and Barrett know that Gorsuch and Roberts are more than willing to play loose with the law when it comes to trannies. And Kavanaugh is a bit too concerned about reputation to be a guaranteed vote. Once again, we fail to have a conservative Supreme Court despite multiple Republican appointments.
