He pretends to be a great thinker when he's a left of Bernie (he said so himself) dolt in favor of Kamala Harris for President. He said so way back in the primaries before she dropped out.

Can understand that. Adams did not see the segment which was not shown at the hearing— the video segment at some time in the day (busy goings on) when the ballot boxes were brought in from somewhere... opened up (unlocked!) and filled further with other ballots (from where- manufactured) and then closed up and put under the table.
These ballot boxes were never accessed the rest of the day— until the 1030 PM “stopping” when the counting was continued after witnesses were told to leave. Then they were dragged out, opened up again (they were unlocked permanently earlier) and then counted/scanned repeatedly— 10s of thousands of re-scans-— pre-arranged.
Scott Adams did not see that— it took the team a while to go through the full 14 hours (but the Trump rally had the segment from when they finally were able to view it).

I have been preaching this for a month this now! If the rule of law mattered each of the states where poll watchers were excluded would have their results nullified and the perpetrators would be sitting in jail already! But then ‘rule of law’ doesn’t matter in a banana republic!
SCOTUS cannot order new elections - there’s no provision for it in the Constitution for ANYONE to have such a thing.
What it CAN do is to reverse or prevent a traditional certification of the “win” by Biden. That then allows the following Constitutional remedies to occur:
1) The PA legislature can decide (as it explicitly is empowered to do under the Constitution) who, exactly, are hte Electors for their state; or
2) If the legislature either cannot or will not decide this issue, then either PA loses its EVs for this election OR, if no candidate wins 270 EVs, then the House of Representatives shall vote on who is the next President (one vote per state delegation).
Those are proper remedies. The Court traditionally doesn’t want to rule on political issues, and when it rules on ANY issue, it usually says something to the effect of, “You cannot do this, now we direct the lower court to rule in this case with that ruling in mind.” IOW, they almost always fall back on having some other body actually make the decision that it is empowered under law to make - they just clarify what the law actual states.
I think this would take too long and, as far as I can see, there is not provision in the Constitution for a President to stay longer than 4 years.
Therefore, I think SCOTUS should order those states to have legislation to assign their Electors. There's time and it doesn't violate the Constitution. No one would be "disenfranchised" because everyone has a state representative.
If it's legal, I wouldn't mind if the states coordinated to make the Electoral College come out as 269-269 and put the election into the U.S. House of Representatives.

That’s a good point, but they are oblivious.
This will never stop. Biden did not win this election. This has been stolen, and we will examine every vote, every signature, every damn machine and put every suitcase carrying worker under oath, because we refuse to live in a world where there’s “not enough fraud to change the election” so it should be ignored. There are termites in the house and they have to be exterminated. We tolerated fraud in the past and it has only gotten worse resulting in this grotesque theft of our Constitutional rights. The Democrats have no qualms about these flagrant smash and grab assaults on our rights, as long as it gains them power. This ends now or Biden is not the President.
I understand the alternate universe explanation he gave, but he forgot to explain why the press folks packed up and left when they did.
He also didn't explain or even guess what he implies the folks in his video here were hiding.

You’re correct that Trump’s term ends at noon on January 20, no way to extend that, BUT the Constitution does address this. If a new President hasn’t been selected yet, the Speaker of the House becomes Prez until it is sorted out. While not ideal, I would rather have Pelosi be President for a few months than have Biden for 4 years, especially if that’s what it takes to get this corrected. Plus she would have to resign her House seat and would lose her job when the new President is sworn in.

Yes he can. He'll have no hesitation to send agents of the state to kill you if you resist. Those same agents of the state will have no reluctance at all in doing so.
Government is nothing but force. These people are absolutely willing to use whatever force is necessary to cow the people of this country.
