President Donald Trump’s legal team began a forensic analysis of Dominion voting machines in Michigan after a judge on Friday permitted the examination.
“Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 [a.m.] and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we’ll have the results in about 48 hours, and that’ll tell us a lot about these machines,” attorney Jenna Ellis told Fox News on Sunday.
“A judge actually granted our team access … to conduct a forensic audit,” Ellis added.
Ellis was referring to a ruling from a judge in Antrim County, Michigan, who authorized the audit of 22 Dominion Voting Systems machines, said Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani. It’s not clear which of the several election lawsuits the order originated from.
Later, Antrim County spokesperson Jeremy Scott told the Detroit Free Press that forensic images will be taken from voting machines used during the Nov. 3 election. Judge Kevin Elsenheimer issued the order regarding a challenge from voter William Bailey, who filed a lawsuit alleging that ballots were damaged in a recounting of ballots in a marijuana proposal that narrowly passed, reported Fox News. Elsenheimer’s order doesn’t mention the presidential race, and it’s not yet clear if the order allows Trump’s team to examine the machines.

“Too bad the FBI can’t be trusted to do the forensic examination.”
The FBI is totally absent as far as I can see. Rudy was just on with Maria and she asked if they had even questioned the four women seen in the Georgia video. Rudy said “No”.
It’s pretty clear to me that the FBI and DOJ have run up their colors.
Yup.
I don’t think an electromagnet will do anything to flash memory unless it’s strong enough to physically destroy it.🤔
Yes! Too bad that our President didn’t pick someone outside the government to become AG to actually investigate what has transpired just since the Mueller scam.
Somehow they beat the algorithim and fraud in 2016. And it wasn’t because turnout was so high, I don’t think.
There is more scrutiny of a Donkey Kong arcade game used in a competition than there are for US voting machines.
Well you have to admit they are finally responding to something important like Pot legalization instead of all those silly complaints about Biden stealing his election.
Even easier to have clean legal software installed on replacement drives and swap them out. There are places where data is stored that is hard to get to but not impossible.
Rights only belong to those that defend them, no matter what a corrupt court says. Other wise they define your rights just like they allow severe restrictions on the 1st and 2nd on a regular basis.
With respect to these machines, wiping is tantamount to tampering. And should there be a machine that is found to exhibit the fraudulent behaviors, then it’s reasonable to conclude the “wiped” machines were in fact wired for fraud.
A utility I have makes multiple passes of writing 0’s or 1’s or a random pattern of both. Each time additional pass is made to overwrite data, it becomes increasingly more difficult to recover original data.
Yes, it can take a few hours to finish. But democrats had nearly a month to wipe crooked software and replace it with honest software.
As soon as those huge blocks of votes for Biden were discovered at 4AM on Nov 4th, Trump should have ordered military to confiscate all Dominion machines citing foreign interference in elections. He had already issued an executive order for such action before.
Deal with law suits later.
Tantamount is never proof of murder in courts. Common sense has no value in courts, unfortunately.
It certainly can be on air gapped machines which these are supposed to be but we do have testimony that they in fact were not air gapped in many places.
bump for reference
Yes I know all about that. However with a sensitive enough sensor\drive head its a signal processing problem. I’ve done it & I know for a fact that the technology is much improved from my day.
We pay billions of dollars every year for 'protection' - from the thugs who run 'intelligence' to the generals who live in DC mansions on public servant pay.... and for our damn billions we can't expect free and fair elections? You gotta be kidding me.
It's time real change...
They ran up their colors a long time ago still many here believe they are the good guys, or at least they did before the election was stolen. It was painfully obvious what was going to happen and Trump should have known. He could have found out here if he would have ignored all the spreaders of good cheer that just knew Barr and Durham were coming through.
HAHAHA if every fricking Dominion system was allowed to operate with zero controls or checking in 100’s of locations, you are dreaming of a procedure to forensically discover the fraud in hundreds of systems all over the place after the fraudsters had 1 month to keep over-writing on the memory storage devices?
To quote John McEnroe, you can’t be serious!
And when do you expect this investigation to be completed? By the end of Biden’s first term or Kamala’s first term?
That is correct only for rank amateur computer operators. Have you been watching episodes of forensic files on TV? Have you noticed all those hapless creatures who were simply deleting their files? I have a utility which will overwrite every byte and bit on the computer memory module for as many passes as you specify, overwriting random data on each byte. It is better than military grade destruction of data.
I don’t know what controls Dominion have or don’t have. The question was can you recover data from a formatted hard drive. The answer is indeed you can ! I did this & built systems that did this. I’ll say it to you again since you obviously didn’t read what I typed. To check myself I asked a friend who is still in the field doing working with that technology. He said the disk would have to be “slag” to make recovery impossible. I am sure if the government wanted it recovered they could. How fast that would take I have no idea. Given how long this technology has existed I would be surprised if its not commercially available. However it may not be as I am not longer in that field so I don’t keep up with the SOA.
