LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Nevada state Republican Party promised Friday to appeal a judge’s refusal to overturn the results of the statewide presidential election and stop the state’s six Democratic presidential electors from voting for President-elect Joe Biden.
A statement from GOP spokeswoman Jessica Hanson came after Judge James Todd Russell in Carson City said he saw no clear or convincing proof “under any standard of evidence” that he should declare President Donald Trump the winner in Nevada or throw out results of the statewide vote.
“Contestants did not prove ... that illegal votes were cast and counted that should have been rejected during the signature verification process, or legal votes were not counted that should have been accepted” in numbers that would have swayed the outcome, the judge said.

They remedy is to issue a discovery order for the Plaintiff.And there was huge evidence to have that remedy.
This is judicial misapplication of the law, tantamount to judicial misconduct.
Probably about the same time when Repubs in DC voted to “enforce the laws against sanctuary cities” and never took action to do so...
No state judge is going to overturn a presidential election regardless of the evidence presented. It is a necessary procedural step to go through that court to get to a level where action might be taken. To his credit, he did not delay his decision as he could well have done.
Question: these judges and others who are resisting, when it is finally determined to be fraudulent and corrupt can they be named as part of the coup to over throw the government

We all know that one videotaped arrest of a man who had a serious unrecognized life-threatened condition due to street drug use was all the proof needed to show deep systemic police racism.
Yet, even a videotape coming out of GA that appears to support sworn affidavits by election observers and coincides with an unusual spike of Buyden votes when the counting was stopped is not enough evidence to investigate further ...
We are witnessing more than just corruption of the voting system.

I agree. This showing America how deep it actually goes. Listening to the SOS say those things is unreal. This is where Barr should step in if he is going to do anything at all. If he don’t then we know what side he is on. Strange the video came out the day after Barr said there was no evidence.
Nothing like wavy gravy judges.
Maybe SCOTUS will step up.
