They only way fraud will be proven forensically and courts oblige in proper action as a response is an audit on signatures.
As of now this isn't happening anywhere (And probably won't the way courts are moving).

I assume lots of Californians move to Arizona, so they’d rig the Arizona ballot.
Cal move-outs have messed up a bunch of western states in the last two decades.
The additional problem seems to be that their replacements in Cal (foreigners legal and illegal) seem to be EVEN MORE LEFTIST.
Makes me wonder if the first 100 vote sample was cherry-picked, since it had only a 3% fail rate.
If all the “errors” in the 11% group favor Biden, Trump should net about 3000 votes from the pool of dupes.

This is huge. This is IN ADDITION to the 2% error rate in how the ballots were recorded in Arizona (against Trump of course) for the first sample of 100 ballots.
The judge ordered next that 2500 ballots be released to be tested. A statewide audit of all the ballots appears inevitable.

If you mean the professional politicians and GOP elites and crony capitalists, yeah. But I think Trump still has a huge populist Tea Party type of voter base that greatly overlaps with the Republican voter base that will remain loyal to him because he remained loyal to us. Trump always has been more populist and less elite than the Republican establishment types. And I think he may be more popular among Republican voters than the Republican party is.
