Both are decapitated? Sounds like religion at work. Why doesn’t the paper mention this guy’s religion? If this guy is Amish or a Seventh Day Adventist, we need to know that so we can be on guard.

Lol! But it does seem like it might be related to some sort of primitive religious thing, maybe Islamic or a Haitian or African exorcism. Maybe the crazy idiot thought the kids were possessed by the devil, and that this was the only way to 'save' their souls.
