Former Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway said in an interview with The 19th‘s Amanda Becker that while President Donald Trump has “the right” to exhaust his legal challenges, it looked like Joe Biden “will prevail.”
Conway said, “Well, The president wants to exhaust all of his legal avenues, as he has made clear many times. His team is doing that. I see in the papers they are doing that, going to different states and trying to do that. And of course, that is his right.”

I agree 100%.
GOP has become the GUP
Give Up Party
She’s a talker. We needed her but she had no control of her train wreck marriage.
Imagine a woman doing what he did to her husband’s career. He should divorce her immediately. George Conway had absolutely no regard for her career. In fact, he put a knife in it. Additionally, we never could figure out where all those leaks kept coming from. This raises a lot of questions for me.
I know what excommunication is. It appears you’re the one who doesn’t know how it has been used.
Good point!
The Adversary will definitely do a lot of damage during the Tribulation.
Hence the woe in Revelation when his time is short.
Always been a never-Trumper. Think of Ann Coulter and how she was able to get us to listen to her while she dated extreme leftists.
I still to this day give Trump a 99.99% chance of a win. I see many different paths. The court trials alone he as maybe 70% chance without any other outside help. If Rudy can lock up the states so Biden can't get 270 then Trump wins
I agree that the Democrat Media have done as much damage to this country as they could. Nothing but lies and half-truths. All carefully-crafted.
We don't.
Trump is going to veto the National Defense Authorization Act, which will cripple the Defense Department. Well over half its workforce of logisticians, cyberwarfare experts, maintenance technicians, communications technicians, etc. will be furloughed. Troops will not be paid unless Congress passes a special CR rider. All new spending ability and authority will be immediately frozen (bases will not even be able to purchase fuel for aircraft, vehicles). Some Defense facilities will shut down and others will slow down to a trickle.
The fact that he is going to use that veto tells me he isn't even thinking about invoking the Insurrection Act or martial law.
agreed, alas, have to agree. we do not have a justice system in USA
(courtrooms and governmental agencies, investigatory regulatory and otherwise: this lack of justice and service to citizens is the case in many regular daily citizen dealings, too)
it is so sad, our Founders set up a pretty darned good system for us and somehow we have blown it
“The engines of government must always keep running”
Why?
“There must always be a peaceful transition no matter what new administration it is.”
Hell no!! Why??
The fact that he is going to use that veto tells me he isn’t even thinking about invoking the Insurrection Act or martial law.

Are you sure this is how it works under martial law? I believe Trump takes over all the Branches of government.
Even if invoked, it isn't limitless.
Trump does not have limitless powers even if he actives it.
If there is no authorization to run, equip, and maintain the DoD, then the DoD is at the very least crippled. It can operate under a Continuing Resolution (if passed).

How did Lincoln fund and conduct a Civil War?
Congress passed Lincoln’s war budget.

We won’t have long to find out what Trump’s powers include, will we? Let me just say that if it comes down to a warrior not performing his duties because he is not paid or fighting to preserve the Republic, his decision will be a simple one. Indeed, if Trump needs reinforcements, there would be an army of retired civilian soldiers voluntarily answering the call.
It’s not the troops getting paid or not that is the issue. If he vetoed the bill, it cripples the DoD.
