I haven’t taken a look at dates/times yet, so just a guess.
Ruby did a selfie video of her working alone at a desk with stacks of absentee ballots.
I suspect those were absentee ballots being counting on Election Day. She could have entered them into the system however she wanted being that she was unsupervised.
Saved to a USB and the handoff later to her daughter.
I suspect the guy is a Dominion employee or contract worker, who takes the USB and plugs it into the tabulator
And let’s just go out on a limb and take a wild assed guess that the ballots taken out from underneath the table are the same ballots Ruby was working with earlier.
those were primary absentee ballots
