I certainly wouldn’t bet money on them to do the right thing. Most of them don’t give a damn about the republic. They only care about staying in office.
If we could just get one, then maybe could get some momentum. I figure courts are useless at this point.
I have no faith whatsoever in the GOP held state legislatures. So far they have been worse than useless in light of the enormous and doubtless fraud. It’s too big to fail and the Republicans are keeping it that way.
“staying in office”. That’s the money quote. But if this election is stolen, how many people will vote for ANY repug after this? What’s the point when it is literally proven that ‘voting doesn’t matter’. The repug party will be obliterated because it will not stop the fraud that will eventually destroy it anyway. The Rule of Law is dead. The only way this corruption ends is if the people become Ungovernable.

And that’s why returning US Senator selection to the State Legislatures is not an improvement.
I don’t trust the gop to do what is right. Even if the Media-Dem Party came right out and admitted that Biden was elected by fraud, I think most of the GOP would just sign off on Biden’s election. They’re just interested in being invited to the cool cocktail parties and not having the media call them “racist”.
That and the $5 million payoff from Zuckerberg’s slush fund.

I posted this on another thread; I think it’s probably a more viable path than one directed at the state legislatures. The outcome of the case, however, could provide the impetus for the legislatures to do their constitutional duty.

There are going to be countless FReepers who, if even a dozen or more of the state legislatures act and appoint their own slates of electors explicitly for Trump instead of allowing Biden’s fraud, will say they’ve suborned the electors, they are all RINOs who will still vote for Biden, they are secretly Democrat operatives, they are Chinese-owned assets, yada, yada, endlessly. Then, if Trump serves a second term, they will claim the entire time that he’s only a puppet that the Deep State allowed to stay in office to cover their nefarious deeds. Does this crap EVER stop? Nothing is ever, or will ever be, good enough. It’s appalling.

Oh great. Just barely over 9 days remaining and still not a single contested swing-state's Republican legislature has gotten off its duff and lived up to its Constitutional responsibilities. That's a promising sign.
But don't worry. The Democrat Party Cabal (advised by puppet-master George Soros) realized a long time ago that if it perpetrated a massive nationwide election fraud (during the Communist China Virus invasion of the U.S. & nationwide BLM/Antifa riots), the Republicans would only partially realize it weeks or even months after election day. So it would probably be too late for Republicans to seriously challenge, let alone reverse, the fake-news MSM's declaration of "President-Elect Biden." Sure enough, it's now over a month after the election, an increasing number of governors have certified, and they're still furiously counting Biden-ballots (now up to 81.3M "votes"). Yet, an increasing number of leading Republicans claim there's no election fraud.
President Trump's personal attorney is now publicly warning it's barely over 9 days left for swing-state Republican legislatures to actually do something.
So I'm even more concerned. A few days after the election, I estimated Trump's chances at 25%, raised that to 27% over a week ago based on some positive developments, then dropped it earlier this week to 20%. I'm revising it down again to 15%, based on ongoing Republican in-fighting in Georgia as well as Jenna Ellis's latest public warning to Republican legislatures. Will continue making adjustments as more events ensue ...

#MaricopaCounty Reymundo Valenzuela just admitted that there were no observers for signature verification that was done offsite & done by election department employees. And really no one knew this offsite, Internet-based process was even possible.
