Imho, the totes being pulled out are not the key issue here. The key issue is that while everyone was scurrying around to clear the ballots off the tables, a few women stayed seated at the scanning machines with ballots that were never loaded up. As soon as all the observers and news people were gone, they started scanning their ballots and more ballots were brought back into the room. The counting didn't stop that night.
According to the Georgia Secretary of State office even if all the “votes” were counted for Biden, it was less than his ‘margin’ of victory.

During the live hearing, where the surveillance tapes were first shown, you get to see the typical day there, then get to see lady telling everyone to get out, then the deed begins.
The surveillance tapes they have are 14hrs long. The team had recieved it late last night and were reviewing at 1am this morning, the morning of the hearing.
I saw it live and it is the mother of all smoking guns. Even affidavits by the republican poll watchers are validated including being told to leave that counting was done till &:30 the next morning.
Find the hearing and watch the whole presentation on this video. Even the presidents team has not reviewed the whole 14hrs. When they do they will find more smoke by watching the known individuals throughout the day.

Separately, Dominion spokesperson Michael Steel spoke to allegations of voter fraud during a Fox News interview published on November 22, 2020. Here’s the relevant part from that report:
