Georgia’s Senate Government Oversight Committee and the Senate Committee on Judiciary issued statements saying they will hold back-to-back hearings on elections processes on December 3, 2020. The statement said the hearings would be livestreamed at 10am and 1pm, respectively.
Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Arizona held similar forums making Georgia the fourth state to hold hearings on election fraud and ballot tampering complaints during the 2020 General Election.
Democrats tacitly refused to commit to taking part in either of the Georgia Senate hearings.
According to the announcement of the hearings, the legislators explained that the purpose of both hearings is “to take testimony of elections improprieties and to evaluate the election process to ensure the integrity of Georgia’s voting process.”

Georgia will be the 4th state to hold election-related hearings on the heels of #Pennsylvania, #Arizona and #Michigan. https://t.co/XulhyxufH8

The hearings were announced as Georgia continues to conduct a machine recount of the November 3, presidential election.
Embattled Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R), in a rare admission that the Georgia election process was flawed, said Tuesday that Georgia “cut corners” during the second recount of the November 3, election.
“Us and our office, and I think the rest of the state, is getting a little tired of always having to wait on Fulton County and always having to put up with their dysfunction,” Raffensperger said at a press conference. “They can still make it by our midnight Wednesday deadline, but they seem to want to make it a dramatic finish.”
Fulton County is home to Atlanta and is one of the few blue counties in the traditionally red state of Georgia.
Robb Pitts, of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, rebuked Raffensperger’s claim saying Fulton County election officials hadn’t engaged in any election-related “hanky panky.”
Pitts did not address the multiple claims of vote fraud, ballot tampering, or inappropriate access to Dominion Voting Systems machines that have been documented and caught on video. Neither did he address complaints by poll watchers that alleged they were denied access to vote tabulations.
Attorney Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit in Georgia last week claiming a wide-ranging fraud scheme that included the manipulation of voting software to fraudulently alter vote tallies.
“Democrats tacitly refused to commit to taking part in either of the Georgia Senate hearings.”
To paraphrase that famous line from “Cool Hand Luke”: “What we have here is failure to face the truth.”
Legislators need to made to understand that allowing this fraud to succeed will render the social contract moot.
“Fulton County is home to Atlanta and is one of the few blue counties in the traditionally red state of Georgia.”
Add Dane and Milwaukee Counties in Wisconsin to that tally! That’s where the problems ALWAYS lie with cheating and ballot harvesting and stuffing.
This election was no different.
Annoying. Wisconsin is RED and NORMAL, God-Fearing, Armed and FILLED with Trumpers outside of those TWO Counties! Grrr!

I have followed this frequently the past week or so, but I was out of pocket today until I got home awhile ago.
Wow.
The video from Georgia was shocking. The ballots according to witnesses were in the corner of the room. The SAME lady who kicked everyone out and said they were not counting is the one who brought that table and the 4 pelican cases or suitcases in at 8:22am?
How in the hell do you explain that and when is law enforcement going to interview the people present in that room on that video? They are clearly scanning ballots that came from those boxes with NO poll observers present. If I recall correctly, this corresponds to a big spike in the reported vote tally that morning.
This is insane. If that is what it looks like, we may have just seen one of the most famous video of 2020 and of all-time.
I am struggling to think of some reasonable explanation for what that video shows, but those were clearly ILLEGAL counts under Georgia state law. When taken in context with the affidavits from eyewitnesses as to what was happening, the fake water main break that turned out to be a leaky toilet fixed with a mop, and the change in vote percentages this really does look like a smoking gun.
4 machines, 5 democrats, and NO poll watchers or anyone else present and they CLEARLY do not know the video camera is there and is rolling......
The RINOs in these states are hoping they can calm down the patriots by simply holding some hearings and saying “Aw shucks, what a mess. We’ll get to the bottom of this mumble mumble next session.”
This.
Consent of the Governed
Public controversy usually follows a trend. The trend on the election shenanigans are clearly not favoring the RINO class.
That video is really going to upset a lot of people. What it shows is ILLEGAL under Georgia state election law.
Pretty small pool of people to interview there.
This is indisputable evidence of FRAUD and a COUP in action and if it happened in Georgia, it happened in other states.
TRUMP WON.
If Trump is not declared the president elect, there will be WAR.
We CANNOT let this INSURRECTION continue!
After watching all of the GA hearing today, I concluded these representatives comported themselves very well, but are normal, typical citizens who are ill equipped to get a crash course in constitutional law and Georgia state law and GA election code, hear a march of witnesses with abuse testimonials, and hear great and accomplished lawyers and experts demanding they do their legislative job and recognize their responsibility in failing to address bad election policy in Fulton County and other counties, before now, and for making a deal with the devil to use Dominion. A heck of an ordeal for EIGHT HOURS.
Now, these good people are being charged to select their Georgia State Electors and change the course of history for the whole country.
I would be panicked as well and for good reason.
They may punt in the face of such a task and with a January run off looming they must wish they had Covid, instead.
This is why this might wind up in the US Supreme Court. It would be easier to argue on the constitutional grounds, based on simply laws clearly broken than to overwhelm legislators with all this which they have no clue about and is overloaded with political risks for their state voters, for their own career and the future of the USA.
YIKES!
When this House of Cards the Marxists have built comes tumbling down it will register on seismographs around the world.
Good points.
I’m glad Giuliani is pursing both judicial and legislative remedies.
The legislatures have the clear constitutional authority.
The judges can order a judicial remedy.
Both fall under extreme pressure.
SCOTUS is probably better prepared to handle the pressure.
I expect more to come out.
The perpetrators in the fadce of increasing evidence are going to turn state’s evidence in hopes of saving themselves.
But the legislatures are the voice of the people and will be better received.
Great post. You nailed it.
Not sure it’s indisputable but it looks a lot like cheating.
Yes! I loved the guy who pulled out his Hydroxychloroquine while at the podium-letting the legislature know the gig is up with all the BS and lies!
Yes! They cleared everyone out of the center due to the fake water main break. This was planned/ coordinated ballot stuffing.
I swore off Fox, but I had to tune in and see if that weak-kneed Kemp and that gutless Purdue had anything to say about trying to right Trumps election. Those worthless POS are only worried about themselves.
You mean that idiot Sen. Elena Parent is a Republican ????
