This legal dilemma is precisely why I suspect many employers will have most of their staff work from home permanently. What happens when an employee who is forced to take a COVID-19 vaccine suffers adverse side effects from the vaccine? These labor law firms are going to have a ton of business coming their way no matter what happens.

Look up the National Childhood Vaccination Act of 1986. There may be some compensation but protects manufacturers from lawsuits

The vaccine makers have been granted immunity from any liability.

Ask the employer to sign a statement to the effect that they will be responsible for any medical cost associated with any adverse effects due to the vaccine and that they will cover your families living expenses for as long as you live if your not able to work as a result.

Only fair thing to do.
