Marijuana? The burning issue of our times? (Ha-ha.)
Actually, I just read that SF has prohibited smoking of tobacco in private apartments ... but specifically permitted the smoking of marijuana (which smells about ten times worse and has even more tar than tobacco).
I guess “stay stoned” will be the motto of our new masters.
