It should be, but if all the judges refuse to hear the case, then all this is moot.
Except we will know we do not have a country of laws. Unless there is a credible explanation for what the video shows a crime has been committed. More people than those in the video had to be involved (who made the ballots, not voters I bet).
Not that it will happen, but the legislature is an independent authority here. If the legislature decides the contest is invalid, that decision controls, no matter what any judge in any court says.
We don't see legislature acting because legislatures are feckless. The first go-to on a hot subject is "that is beyond our control."
My point of view is that the best audience to "get it" is the public. Once the public fiugure out how corrupt its government is, then the people will simply take the freedom God gave them, and tell the government to go screw itself.
