Not that it will happen, but the legislature is an independent authority here. If the legislature decides the contest is invalid, that decision controls, no matter what any judge in any court says.
We don't see legislature acting because legislatures are feckless. The first go-to on a hot subject is "that is beyond our control."
My point of view is that the best audience to "get it" is the public. Once the public fiugure out how corrupt its government is, then the people will simply take the freedom God gave them, and tell the government to go screw itself.
I am concerned that the legislators and the judges get into a game of hot potato.
Does the Gov have to call a session to do that?
