Joe Biden’s pick for Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, scrubbed one of his company's services offering
U.S. research universities the opportunity to garner funds from foreign donors, such as those in China.....
w/ assurances they were not violating DoD-sponsored research grants, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

In July, WestExec, a consulting firm Blinken co-founded in 2017, listed “U.S. research universities” as a beneficiary of its services:
<><> assisting prominent US colleges.
<><> expanding foreign research collaboration,
<><> accepting foreign donations,
<><> welcoming foreign students in key STEM programs.”

This sounds an awful lot like the ongoing scam where people paid big bucks to falsify apps for colleges, bribing college personnel
to fake sports activities. The consultant faked pics showing kids rowing, playing tennis, etc, which he'd actually photoshopped.
