While my hopes are not high that any State legislatures will flip or refuse to send Electors, I do believe that SCOTUS will take a case. Alito is already involved, Kavanaugh & Gorsich were abused by the Dems, and Barret will go along. But the cherry on top will be Thomas who has waited years for payback. They will send the election in the HOR.

This is exactly what SHOULD be done. If triggers Civil War, SO BE IT. The SCOTUS is the LAST BASTION of the upholding of the RULE OF LAW and this election was NOTHING BUT AN ORGY OF LAWLESSNESS!
