No. If Biden had won the election, we wouldn’t have another fair election again.
Had Biden/Harris prevailed in all efforts to gain office despite the fact that President Trump has used the assets of the US to set the record straight, he sure wouldn’t run again in 2024 without said assets.
Had Biden/Harris prevailed, giving China, Iran and Other enemies control of the White House included President Trump’s SS detail, president Trump would not be around to run in 2024.
If President Trump had not been able to take office and was around in 2024, it’s unlikely that at the age of 78, he would even want to serve us if we failed to defend our freedom so abjectly in the 2020 elections and fallout.
President Trump was already the oldest man elected to the Presidency in 2016 at the age of 70. What 78 year old man would want to put himself and his family through the threats and abuses of another campaign and term, especially if we the people fail to get on our feet and demand justice this year.

At 78+ chances are his interest will be on other things.
He didn't have to run third-party in 2016...he won the nomination. But many Republicans have been a thorn in his side since the day he was elected. He could possibly be successful in winning as a third-party candidate.

If he is running for 2024 that means the Democrats have sized the nation and any non Party member cannot win again and perhaps cannot be running in 2024. The blatant and bragged about fraudulent vote of 2020 will be institutionalized as Normal Voting Procedure, perhaps enshrined in a new law that signifies Federal takeover of the entire election process and permanent and total control by the Democrat Party. Arrests and rials of opposition leaders will follow. Opposition demonstrations will be met by armed and shooting Antifa as the Democrat militia which will begin to train and arm as an alternative to the distrusted and feared Army and the Sheriffs.
