In 2016, the Democrat Party had to quietly "axe" Jill Stein to stop counting in Michigan because the recount threatened to blow up the Wayne County numbers.

I truly believe that what the excellent Doctor was saying in a round about way was that bad actors were using minority precincts to cheat as far as voting was concerned because if anyone questioned officials in these areas they would be called a racist and would back off. She was BEGGING someone to investigate NOW.

Because they don’t exist or are provably fraudulent? Remember when they started a recount in 2016 and bailed on it because it would expose too much fraud on the part of the Democrats? Yeah, me, too.
Recount and audit the vote in those 71% of precincts. If they cannot repeat the results under close scrutiny, throw out those precincts, which, I believe, is the law in MI. A vote count that cannot be reproduced under scrutiny is by its very nature fraudulent. Might as well just make up what ever numbers you like... Oh. Right.
