The federal judge overseeing high profile attorney Sidney Powell’s election lawsuit in Georgia issued a temporary restraining order late Sunday night, declaring that election officials were barred from wiping or altering Dominion voting machines used in the November election....
The emergency order was the third issued in so many hours over Powell’s lawsuit...
...U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten Sr. overturned his first order when defendants argued that the machines were not in their possession...
Then at 10:10 p.m., Batten again overturned his earlier order, and declared that defendants had until 5 p.m. Dec. 2 to respond against the new motion by plaintiffs seeking to allow their experts to perform forensic inspection of Dominion voting machines....

Despite calling these “voting machines” they are nothing more then computers in a fancy case. You can easily “ghost” (make a copy) of the hard drive image and have all the data on a separate hard disk for future evaluation. Storage is cheap and there is no reason this should not be done across the county, under supervision and immediately.
They play us all as fools and we allow it.
Maybe the lawsuit should have been amended to list the county election clerks or officers?
And has anyone sued Dominion and asked a court to secure the code trees?
Sigh. Too little to late?
So, the three counties which have to be preserved in this last ruling are Cobb, Gwinnett and Cherokee.

On November 24, a litigation hold notice was served on Fulton County which demanded that all evidence related to voting machines be preserved. Scrubbing the machines or tampering with them in any manner should NOT be occurring.

My question is why haven’t they asked for this in a lawsuit for all contested states (Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and perhaps even include Virginia). As far as I know Sidney Powell has filed lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan. Has anybody else filed lawsuits in other states to preserve the condition of the voting machines?
Of course if the machines are rigged to cheat that requires knowing what code was running on election night and I’m not sure if it can be updated remotely or not. I do know the Dominion Democracy Suite requires internet access, in which case all bets are off.

You would like to think the FBI would be part of this order, if they were legitimate. After all, they are asking Powell for information from her instead of investigating on their own. Coincidentally, this interrupts the ability of Powell to do her own investigation.
They have watchers at these locations now, and uploading on #dominionwatch
Just A little while ago they loaded huge Cisco boxes on moving trucks in Gwinnett County. Dominion uses Cisco servers.

I was wondering about Cisco and dominion. Have you confirmed that? I haven’t been able to so far.
Was their enough time to type “Format C:” in between rulings? I would assume SOP would be to back up the server image and files and archive that back up when an election cycle completes.
Trump needs to send the Marines to seize those machines NOW!
